Summative,

I feel was a complete disaster, i mean it clearly shows we were behind schedule as our animatic was not complete. Alot of this will be pinned down to me and resort to e getting a lower grade as i am the director. I know things have not been going well as i find hard to please the tutors with my story. Alot of my time was spent re writting the sotry and therefore you can tell that the film has still alot of work to do. However we learnt our lesson now meaning that we have to work our asses off during the christmas hols. We as group decided we may need to start again form the beginning.

I talked to Dan about this, and clearly he can see that we are all completly demotivated. However Despite the story being the key issue to the downfall, i have appointed Des And Ross to model the chosen charaters.

Summative Presentaion is near

Yeah summative is close, and we still have not finish the animatic, its taking longer then we thought, ive been re working the story again and it feels like nothing is going right, however ross and desmond are doing a good job on the animatic, ive been there looking and giving advice how i want certian shots portrayed.

New Ideas part 2

We spoke to Jared and he has been giving us helpful tips on what to research for the time era for our cafe. Its been very productive and we came up with a new idea for the ending. i will be spending my time in re writting the story again adding the new bits and see what the others the group think. i also finished my 3d blockout of how in tend the cafe to look like so the group has an idea of my vision. we will also be using my block out for a 3d camera anmatic so we get the sense of timing of how long each camera shot will be.

I decided to get the team more motivated, that we should do a video animatic of us acting to portray how the film will be like in sense show how the characters will behave. It was fun day, we all seemed to enjoy the acting experience, we each ate some doughnuts, which we thought was valuable research lol.

Ideas for the Cafe shop

I started making a rough version of what i think the cafe should look like, as i am not much of an artist, i decided to model it, because it was easier to communicate to the group what my thoughts are.

Our Group Schedule

Me and Desmond came up with the group schedule for the whole year which we obviously intend to follow. We have given ourselves more time to animate and for rendering because we know that its a long winded process, As my specialist is animation i intended we have and extra 2 weeks to do animation on the schedule but then i realise i would need to finish early so i can finest the animation and get the sound and music right because that will be trickey.

New ideas

lately things have been going up and down, for example things are going well and then we get distracted, that could be mainly my fault as i have not been being a good director, and my personal life have been taking over. However i have started to change all that and getting back on target. I have been desinging the child character that will be in our film.
